Artist's Description
Painted circa 1989 after the completion of construction of Toronto's SkyDome (now the Roger's Centre) and the controversy surrounding the sexual symbolism of the the CN Tower and SkyDome being built adjacent to one another. In the painting, the structures are depicted as onlookers onto the city of Toronto from across lake Ontario (which in reality is not the case).
